Warranty

Warranty and Replacement Policy

Tikal Networks warrants assembled units to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

We will exchange items purchased from us that are malfunctioning and still under the manufacturer's warranty. If you suspect your item is not functioning correctly, you must first contact us with a description of the problem, the order number, and the unit's serial number.

If our support staff determines that a hardware problem can only be fixed by replacing a faulty unit, we will then issue an RMA.

Please be advised that, in most cases, we will ask that only the faulty unit (and not any additional items that may have come with the unit) be returned. For example, if it is determined that a telephone adaptor purchased from Tikal must be returned, we may ask you to ship to us only the adaptor, and not the power plug, other cables, or documentation.

Please note: modifying or damaging a product in any way VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES and no refund or replacement will be granted after inspection.
