The list of features on this page cannot be exhaustive as Asterisk's greatest feature is its flexibility. Asterisk is designed to not only be configurable but to be extensible. This sets Asterisk apart from virtually all of the competition. If in the unlikely event that you can't find the feature you need listed below (and its simply not a case of us not including it) then Asterisk can be extended through custom programming using a variety of techniques including modification of the core Asterisk product itself.
